There are some drinks which feels like an instant pick-me-up, and the Banana Berry Treat from Smoothie King always lands in that spot for me.
The first time I tried it after an early gym session, I remember thinking – this is the kind of smoothie that wakes you up without weighing you down.
Sweet banana, tart mixed berries, and a touch of creamy yogurt make it feel indulgent and wholesome at the same time.
After a few home trials (and one blender that needed a deep clean), I landed on a simple balance that gives you store-style texture and flavor without powders or mystery ingredients. It’s fast, forgiving, and honest – everything a weekday breakfast should be.

Final Thoughts on This Recipe
This smoothie is one of my personal morning rituals. It’s quick, wholesome, and always hits the spot — especially on busy weekdays. The natural sweetness from the banana and the tang of berries keep it perfectly balanced.
And let’s be honest — anything that’s both delicious and good for you feels like a little win every morning.

Smoothie King Banana Berry Treat Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- A handful of ice cube
Instructions
- If using fresh berry you may wash them, take the banana pull a try to peel it and slice it into small pieces.
- Add the banana, the strawberries, the blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk and honey into the high speed blender and blend. As a final note, if you desire the thickness of the blend to exceptionally high, then it is perfect to add one cup of ice cubes.
- Blend on high until all that goes into the blender has gone in and you have a thick syrupy consistency. Therefore, if the consistency is quite thick, then you do not have to worry an you can add little more of the almond milk.
- In an ideal world it is advised that one should consume the smoothie immediately after preparation as this will enable one to get the fresh made and rich flavored smoothies together with the nutrients.Â
- It is best served top with few more berries on the side or may also garnished with chia seeds to give it more texture and nutrient’s value.
